The support office provides our clinics and hospitals with the support they need to deliver a quality service to our clients and their pets
We’re a large, ever-expanding business with 53 out-of-hours clinics and three 24/7 emergency and specialty hospitals. In total, we employ more than 800 staff so, with an operation of this size, we need a team of people to provide support.
The Vets Now support office is based in Dunfermline, Fife and is home to all the functions you’d expect in a large business. These include marketing, people services, client care, finance, recruitment, IT, training, new business development and health, safety and wellbeing.
Also based here is our call centre which handles queries from worried pet owners and the network of around 1,000 veterinary practices the company works with.
Based just off the M90 motorway, around 16 miles from Edinburgh, the support office has ample parking spaces and is also within walking distance of Rosyth train station and various bus routes to Edinburgh, Fife and beyond.
It's fair to say it's is a pretty special place to work. Not only does it have several conference rooms, an all-day dining area and a laboratory for training, but staff can also take their dog to work or go to the onsite gym at lunchtime.
