A Vets Now our Veterinary Nurse is a pivotal role within our Hospital team. This hands-on role will give you the opportunity to grow your clinical skills. Your role will be further supported by our regular On-Site Training Programme, ensuring that both your knowledge and your career are continually growing. Your veterinary nursing role will involve supporting clients with help and advice under the direction of the duty Vet. Also, you will provide nursing and patient care to critical and referral hospitalised patients, including: clinical monitoring, drug administration, nursing management and excellent client care.

This role is to work on a three-week rolling rota. Week 1: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 20:30, Week 2: Monday 07:00 – 15:00 Tuesday to Sunday 07:00 – 16:00 (7 days), Week 3: off

Role Requirements

You must be: fully qualified, RCVS registered and have at least 6 months experience in small animal practice which must have been in an English-speaking environment. You should also be confident in your clinical ability. Experience within an Emergency or Referral setting would be desirable.
