Vet Surgeon Job - Refresh Your Edge - Salisbury
Competitive financial package
Accelerate your Vet Surgeon career with our supported route into ECC
Refresh Your Edge provides a supported route into a successful career in emergency and critical care. Specifically designed for Vets who possess a solid level of knowledge and experience but feel they'd benefit from extra training and support prior to taking on a sole charge role.
Flexible distance learning
This supported route puts you in control of your own development with the opportunity to study at a time that suits you. Over 12 weeks, our innovative programme combines live and recorded webinars, E-learning modules, residential weekends and mentored work in our clinics. On completion of the programme we'll have a permanent full or part time role waiting for you in your chosen clinic which will have been agreed prior to the course commencing.
Make a difference and be the Vet you trained to be!
Perhaps you’ve had a break from surgery and are now looking to get back into emergency work. Maybe you’re already in practice but are bored of the same old routine and are in need of a new challenge. Whatever the reason, this could be the route for you!
People are our core
This programme will allow you to enjoy the excitement of an ECC caseload but with all the added support, investment and flexibility you need before going sole charge. Our vets can balance a career with caring for a family, studying for an ECC certification or training for a marathon! We are a special breed at Vets Now and our people will always decide how our company develops and what path we take
Delivering high standards
We are motivated by driving clinical excellence and providing pet care at a time when it’s needed most. Being a vet surgeon will involve triage, emergency and lifesaving treatment. No two shifts will ever be the same.
As well as a generous holiday allowance, we will also cover VDS and RCVS fees.
