Senior Veterinary Surgeon Job – Gillingham

Salary package up to £68,000 DOE

Looking for flexibility? We’re listening.

Working nights and weekends? Yes, but it is still the best job out there.

We have created a clinic-specific solution that combines the adrenaline rush of emergency and critical care with the flexibility of working only during the night. Perfect for those who enjoy having their days free or like having chunks of time off to pursue their own interests outside of work.

Work only 1:3 weekends? Work only nights and no days? At Vets Now Gillingham you can.

Working as an out-of-hours vet surgeon isn’t for the faint hearted.  The unpredictable caseload is diverse and the unsocial hours can be challenging.  Yet, Vets Now are offering new, sustainable and unique rota patterns.  You can work only 1:3 weekends, no day shifts. With long breaks in between shifts and no more than 3 shifts in a row, you will have ample time to enjoy life outside of work.

Be a part of the new Vets Now Gillingham team

Vets Now have revolutionised the way emergency veterinary care is provided. Since 2001, we have grown to become the UK’s leading provider of emergency and critical care, thanks in part to the dedication and clinical excellence of our clinic teams.

Save pet lives whilst keeping your day times free.

Are you ready to lead the next generation?

Our Principal Vet Surgeons are leaders. They nurture and support emerging talent and help shape the careers of future generations. Vets Now are committed to investing in the career progression of our people and we expect our senior vets to be ambitious in their own journey too. Whether you want to take on advanced learning with an ECC certification or participate in clinical research that will shape the veterinary profession, Vets Now will support you.

Diverse and exciting caseload

So let’s review…reduced hours, no dayshifts, long breaks between shifts, exciting caseload and working with the best and supportive clinicians in the industry. Join the family Now.
