Roving Veterinary Surgeon Job

Salary up to £70,000 DOE pro rata - three to twelve month contracts available

Stand out from the crowd

Working as an out-of-hours Roving Vet Surgeon isn’t for the faint hearted. The unsocial hours are challenging, the caseload is unique and travelling between clinics is demanding. That’s why we need a certain calibre of surgeon to work for Vets Now - we expect the best and won’t settle for anything less.

Strive to be the best and reach the top of the veterinary profession

Vets Now have revolutionised the way emergency veterinary care is provided. Since 2001, we have grown to become the UK’s leading provider of emergency and critical care, thanks in part to the dedication and clinical excellence of our clinic teams.

Out-of-hours doesn’t necessarily mean out-of-reach

You will fully supported by our District Vet, Principal Vets, nursing experts and clinical support teams. Whether it’s sharing best practice or seeking advice on a particularly complex case, you will never be alone at Vets Now.

Your Opportunity

The role will entail working in our clinics in Canterbury, Gillingham, Caterham, Sutton, Thamesmead, Tunbridge Wells and Eastbourne. Therefore, we require a MRCVS registered vet that thrives in an ever-changing environment and relishes the unpredictability of being mobile.
