£7.50 per hour

Care for people and pets in a rewarding and challenging job

Our out-of-hours clinic in Caterham could not function without our Receptionists. They are a vital component in caring for our clients in a highly charged emotional environment.

No shift is ever the same at Vets Now

Being a Receptionist with Vets Now is vastly different to a run of the mill job. Emergencies are so diverse that you can never predict what will come through the door next. Our clients expect an exceptional service at all times and our Receptionists play a key role in managing distressing situations face to face, and over the telephone.

We are looking for the best of the best

To thrive in this role, you must be a quick thinker, empathetic and have a genuine desire to work with our clients by reacting to emergency situations effectively. Being a confident and efficient communicator are essential - our Receptionists are the face and voice of our clinics.

We are all Vets Now

Prior to running reception alone, you will work alongside the existing team to see first-hand how we stand out from the crowd. You will be provided with training and support continuously throughout your journey with Vets Now.

The rota pattern is:

Week 1 - Monday and Tuesday - 19:00 to 23:00

Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - 19:00 to 23:00.  Saturday - 12:00 to 17:00.  Sunday - 09:00 to 16:00.

Plus additional bank holiday shifts. You must be 18 and over for this role.

Make a difference. Be part of a winning team. The best team. Now.
