Reception and Customer Service Manager

Salary up to £26,000 D.O.E

Are you a natural manager? Do you have strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop the Front of House Reception Team? Is delivering excellent Customer Service important to you? Yes, then this exciting Managerial position is for you.

The successful candidate will demonstrate

Experience in a customer focused environment, Ability to work efficiently and effectively whilst managing a wide and varied workload. Self-motivation, flexibility and adaptability. The ability to work within a fast paced ever changing environment. Superior attention to detail and organisational skills. This is where you come in, we are looking for an experienced Manager to head up our reception and admin team to ensure that we are consistently delivering the outstanding service we are known for.

Our pet emergency hospital in Whitefield, Manchester, provides a 24/7 emergency service for pets and their owners in the Greater Manchester region. The purpose-built hospital has the equipment and technology that you'd expect from a first-class veterinary hospital. We also strive to provide a welcome and relaxed environment to put our clients and pets at ease.
