Make a difference, be the Vet Nurse you trained to be!
Working part time offers a solution that overcomes the usual challenges of working out-of-hours. Our Nurses can balance a career with caring for a family, studying for an ECC certification or training for a marathon! We are a special breed at Vets Now and our people will always decide how our company develops and what path we take.
You must be fully qualified and registered or eligible for RCVS registration to apply for this role.
Situated in a beautiful rural location and based within a PDSA practice, the clinic boasts a wide range of facilities and equipment including infusion pumps, x-ray, endoscope, ultrasound and electrolyte and blood gas machine. The clinic deals with almost 2400 cases per year, with over half being private.
People are at the heart of what we do, that’s why we take a pioneering approach to people development. We have cemented our commitment to continuous development by heavily investing in CPD, ECC certification and coaching to give our staff the springboard they need to take their career to the next level. We will also cover VDS and RCVS fees.
Vets Now have revolutionised the way emergency veterinary care is provided. Since 2001, we have grown to become the UK’s leading provider of emergency and critical care, thanks in part to the dedication and clinical excellence of our clinic teams.
Out-of-hours doesn’t necessarily mean out-of-reach.
You will be based at our Swansea clinic and be fully supported by our veterinary experts and non-clinical team. The wider network of emergency clinics and specialty hospitals work in collaboration to ensure that we can offer the best emergency and critical care in the country. Whether it’s sharing best practice or seeking advice on a particularly complex case, you will never be alone at Vets Now.
