Let’s be honest, working as an out-of-hours emergency nurse is challenging. With unsociable hours and a diverse range of cases a career in emergency and critical care will fully test your skills. However, working as a part time nurse offers a solution that overcomes the usual challenges of being involved in out-of-hours care.

We take pride and integrity in the work that we do and that’s why we are committed to investing in the career progression of our people. In return for your talent and commitment, we offer a CPD allowance of £750 per annum which can be allocated to various courses including enrolment on the accredited Certificate of Veterinary Nursing in Emergency and Critical Care. We also cover VDS and RCVS fees.
Our Eastbourne clinic has recently been refurbished and features state of the art equipment.
We are looking for a MRCVS registered veterinary nurse to relish the diverse caseload that ECC naturally brings, especially during busy nights and weekends. The six week rota pattern will involve 55 hours over the course of a month, equating to approximately one shift a week. Shifts will be a mixture of weekend days, weekend nights and weekday nights.
