Role Details:

Vets Now Swindon are seeking a part-time Receptionist who will be a pivotal member of the team.  As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact when clients enter the clinic in an emergency, it's important that you are a calm, patient and caring person.  You will be responsible for maintaining a clean environment, be required to take payments, deal with insurance paperwork and answer emergency phone calls.  You may be required to assist the Vet Nurse when needed.

Shift Pattern

  • Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 14:30

  • Required to work a share of bank holidays, including Christmas and New Year’s Day

Required Skills:

  • Organised and able to work independently

  • IT literate

  • A calm and confident communicator

  • Experience in a clinical environment


£7.50 per hour
