Role Details:

Vets Now Colwyn Bay are offering an excellent opportunity to become a Clinical Administrator within their clinic.  This opportunity will give the successful candidate a chance to use their skills to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.  As a Clinical Administrator, you will be responsible for the banking, insurance paperwork and administrative tasks for the clinic, as well as managing rotas for the support staff.

Shift Pattern

  • 5 hours every Monday from 15:00 to 20:00

  • Required to work a share of bank holidays, including Christmas and New Year’s Day

Required Skills:

  • Organised and able to work independently

  • IT literate

  • Numerically minded

  • A calm and confident communicator

  • Confidence to discuss payment options with clients in stressful situations

Salary

£7.50 per hour
