Are you looking for an extra income? We have an excellent opportunity to be part of the Vets Now Team in Woking!

We are seeking a Part Time Clinic Administrator for our Woking branch who will be a key member of the team.

Roles & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage key administrative duties within the clinic including banking, debt control, managing the reception rota and perform other administration tasks to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.

Working Pattern

5 hours per week, flexible on hours but some hours must be worked on a Monday to cover banking.

Qualifications & Skills

You will be an organised administrator, who is IT literate and a calm and confident communicator. Experience in a veterinary practice is preferred but not essential.

Salary

£7.25ph plus regional allowance

Please note that our Woking branch will be relocating to Staines in May so the successful applicant must be able to travel to both the Woking clinic before the move and then to Staines when they move.
